The Participants

Participants will include men and women of a variety of ages in different stages of life.

• Some are currently providing leadership in ministries such as Small Groups, Sunday School, Youth Programs, Council, and Prayer.
• Some are already in staff leadership with a desire to further develop their passion and skills for ministry.
• Some are not presently able to attend a Bible College or Seminary.
• Some are pursuing ministry leadership as a second career.
• Some are considering early retirement from their employment so that they may devote more time to ministry.
